Shipping & Return Policy

We do not offer exchanges. Returns must be completely unused and excellent condition with all kit parts included. If you have painted or used the paint it is yours to keep.

Returns allowed within 30 days of purchase. Returns that adhere to our return policy will be refunded the purchase price (minus shipping). Customer is responsible for return shipping and we suggest via trackable common carrier.

We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States only.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping notification when your package is dispatched. Haven’t received these? Your email address might have a typo, or the notification may be in your spam folder. We process orders Monday through Friday every week, typically within 5 business days of purchase, but usually within 24 hours. Order ships the same day if ordered by 12:00pm PST

• Standard Shipping (USPS or UPS SAVER): 7-10 Days
• UPS/FedEx Ground: 5-7 Days
• UPS 3-Day: 3 Days
• UPS/FedEx 2-Day: 2 Days
• UPS/FedEx Overnight: 1 Day

Your shipping notification email will include a unique tracking number. You can easily monitor your package’s journey on the carrier’s website. Need help tracking your order? We’re just an email away!
